Get the government to take action against Perjury under Family Law

Petition Details

When a Resident Parent goes to court & makes a statement or talks in court they do so under oath, when they lie in these statements they commit perjury under Family Law

If you report this to the police they don't listen to you and refuse to pursue your complaint.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

Perjury is already an offence. Taking action on allegations of perjry is therefore the responsibility of the police and the courts, not a decision for the UK Government or Parliament.
