That Parliament should be allowed to debate the issue of removing the exemption from the disclosure requirements under Section 27(9) of the Companies Act 1976 pertaining to the BANK OF ENGLAND NOMINEES LIMITED and that said BOEN should be audited as a matter of urgency.
