Ban Xenon car headlamps - they are blinding and dangerous

Petition Details

Xenon headlamps are brighter than the more traditional headlamps. When an approaching car has them switched on they can be blinding even when dimmed. This is even worse if they are at eye level (eg on tall 4x4 vehicles).
