Regulate zero hours contracts to a maximum percentage of a workforce.

Petition Details

Allow only a maximum percentage of workforce to be on zero hours contracts, such as 20%. This gives the companies some flexibility but also more permanent contracts for more workers, giving them stability, security, ability to plan their finances and also proof of income when needed.
