Make sugar tax only apply to obese people
Sugar tax should only apply to people who are overweight and not to anyone else.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
The "sugar tax" seems to refer to the proposal for an increase in the price of full sugar soft drinks, achieved through a tax. It is not clear how this could be limited only to a certain group of people, since the tax is included in the price of the drink.
