Bring in legislation to make bullying in the work place a criminal offence.

Petition Details

Bullying in the workplace is a major cause of absenteeism, anxiety, depression and even suicide. It can ruin lives and livelihoods and can have a major impact on family life.

Additional Information

Workers that are bullied should have access to an independent ombudsman service with the power to prosecute the bullies and the companies who turn a blind eye.
