Disposable batteries should carry charge capacity information on packaging.
To allow consumers to make an informed choice, I believe that batteries should contain charge capacity information.
For example '2000 mAh' (rather than 'High' which is meaningless) & also carry an expiry date.
Manufacturers could then be penalised for selling substandard merchandise.
To maintain a fair testing environment, tests should be conducted at 21 degrees centigrade.
