stop new dla changes and listen to frued reports to save money

the dla continously ask for people to report benefits frued but when you do nothing gets done.
i know this personaly because the person was going to work at 7am with building tools and claiming dissability beefits and after i reported them and told the dla the times. they still worked and claimed for at least 6 months until i moved. it was all done in clear view and should not have took that long to sort out if it was even looked into at all.
please vote to stop the dla changes ie further assesments and to save money by following up frued reports properly.
