WE THE UNDERSIGNED WOULD LIKE THE COURTS TO MAKE THE CRIMINALS PAY TO THE VICTIMS SOME IF NOT ALL TOWARDS THE DAMAGE CAUSED, THIS SHOULD INCLUDE ALL INCLUDING COUNCILS, THEY SHOULD ALSO BE MADE TO GIVE THERE LABOUR WHILE BEING SUPERVISED FREE TO CLEAN UP THE MESS THEY HAVE CAUSED, THIS MAY MAKE THEM THINK TWICE AND USE THERE BRAINS.

THE MAIN ISSUE IS NO RESPECT FOR ANYBODY.
