Negotiate with isil and pay a ransom to release John cantlie.
John Cantlie has been held captive by isil for over 3 years.. Many other hostages have been released because their government has payed a ransom. John Cantlie feels abandoned by the government and that's not surprising. They should negotiate with Isil and pay up. The government should be doing more
