Change petition.parliament.uk to add options to disagree and abstain to each petition, and to provide counts for all three options (agree, disagree, abstain) to enable the strength of agreement versus disagreement to be seen clearly.

Additional Information

Currently there is no way to express disagreement with a petition on petition.parliament.uk other than attempting to formulate a negative petition, so the level of agreement does not give any indication of the level of disagreement.
