Force convicted rioters to help clean up and rebuild the areas they destroyed.

Additional Information

I would like to see convicted rioters forced to help tidy up and assist in any reconstruction projects in the areas they helped destroy. Sentences could also forfeit a portion of custody in favour of additional community service orders geared toward long term development of the area beyond the destruction caused.
