No fracking in our National Parks!
The government have backtracked on a previous pledge, made by Amber Rudd in January, to ban fracking for Shale gas
on land beneath our National Parks.
There has been no full parliamentary debate on this matter as it has been passed by statutory instrument.
The government has removed all subsidies to green energy and removed funding from research into carbon capture. It now proposes to frack beneath our most precious and beautiful landscapes.
