Abuse of a persons rights and using constant moving between prisons in England and even one in Scotland to prevent her having the opportunity to receive legal representation and for her "stay" in England awarded by the Courts , to run out. Deportation took place in a false name , causing further complications and even involvement of the Mothers Union to assist her in her arrival in Jamaica , misinformation meant the Mothers Union were told the wrong airport to meet her at
