Make it a criminal offence for fathers that abandon there children

Petition Details

A man can take a women to court for the right to see his child but what happens when a man just walks out of his child life, never to be seen again. It can leave psychological and emotional damage for the child feeling of insecurities its a form a child abuse and the laws need to change.
