Make it illegal for MPs to fall asleep in the Commons chambers during debate.

Petition Details

All members of Parliament should sit up and take close attention during all debates. That is what they are paid for. They should not slouch in any way or give any indication that they are not giving the debate their full attention. If they do, dismiss them or make it punishable by a large fine.
