Patients who suffer injury during NHS operations should not suffer financially

Petition Details

During a hernia repair my bowels were perforated in two places.This left me needing emergency surgery to repair damage and a long recovery period.I had another surgery 11 months later and now require a 3rd major surgery.I believe the NHS should be responsible for the loss of earnings during recovery
