Stop paying bills through NHS for people who use drugs or have alcohol issues.
NHS pays for people who chose to drink excessively and use drugs. Every night people go to A&E after they chose to drink and then had problems. They should pay for their hospital bill. Taxpayers money should not be used to pay for someone who didn't have respect for limits and laws.
