Guarantee Military Veterans interviews if they meet the minimum job criteria.
Many employers have little knowledge of military service and often dismiss Veterans due to ignorance or outright discrimination because they did not support government policy.
Some Veterans have medical issues, a legacy in some cases of their military service. It is a barrier for many.
