A Limit on State Expenditure

Additional Information

Limit state expenditure to GDP at a maximum of 30% thereby encouraging an efficient allocation of taxpayers money and avoiding public sector waste. In times of economic recession this celing could be temporarily raised to 36% enabling a "Keynesian" style stimulus to the economy.
