Allow Security Response Vehicles to use blue flashing lights on a public highway

Petition Details

Many security companies have contracts where they need to respond quickly for example a violent patient at a hospital or escorting a VIP. By using emergency lighting will help prevent people getting hurt and allow us to respond to some incidents quicker. The police are not always available to help.
