Ban Group with Extremist connections
Groups with alleged of possible extremist connections undermine the fabric of society and may even fund and assist terror groups, pose a threat to the UK way of life

The Government already has the power to ban an organisation under the Terrorism Act 2000, if it believes that the organisation:
- commits or participates in acts of terrorism;
- prepares for terrorism;
- promotes or encourages terrorism (including the unlawful glorification of terrorism); or
- is otherwise concerned in terrorism.
