It's a greener idea. Itll take pressure off of Dartford bridge.. Itll pay for itself with a small crossing charge. It'll cut fuel emissions, itll ease congestion on M25 massively.
The only way anyone from Essex /Suffolk can get to Kent is over Dartford bridge
