Stop Foreign Aid Except Emergencies.

We should not be giving aid to countries when there is so much need for extra money to be spent at home.

Additional Information

Foreign Aid should be restricted to Emergency aid. Recently we have had numerous floods where money should be spent making good our flood defences. The NHS needs billions spent on it to keep it amongst the best in the world. NICE decides on Drugs on a cost basis the billions spent on foreign aid would provide the drugs on a need basis.
