Use the Foreign Aid budget for flood relief victims in the north of England
The Government spends £12 billion a year on foreign aid which can end up in the hands of the richest and most corrupt nations on Earth. Let's use this money to help the people who have had their lives destroyed by the recent flooding in the north of England over the Christmas period.
