Public enquiry into TFL
TFL are an unelected quango who are creating congestion & crippling business who pay the congestion charge. TFL are creating congestion with hair brain CSH schemes also issuing 500 PH licences a week & subsidies empty buses to clog up traffic. No one should pay the CC.
