Reallocate funds from HS2 to water management and flood defences in the UK
Flooding is becoming more common in the UK with thousands of people and homes affected. It is now no use saying this is a once in a 20 year event, historical data is now irrelevant. Abandon plans for HS2 and use the money to help the country where it is really needed.
