Hold an annual "state of the nation" televised debate between party leaders.
The public have been disenfranchised from politics and do not value or support a lot of politicians.
To maintain public faith in our political process we need to engage them better in that process.
A televised debate provides a spectacle where the value of debate can be witnessed.
