Make mental health a part of the school curriculum.
Not enough people know about mental health problems and when a person develops one people will start to make assumptions and it will get worse. Mental health problems are sometimes spoken about in class but not in enough detail to understand them and to fall in to a pit of misconceptions.
Eating disorders and self harm are often joked about even made 'trendy' and it needs to stop. Like cut for beiber/zayn it shouldn't be a thing and it has publicised by society as 'cool' or 'fashionable' when it clearly isn't. People need to understand them and see how serious they are.
