Divert and reduce overseas aid payments permanently to be spent on UK problems.
It is obvious that areas of concern to the British public need greater funding, not to provide our money to other countries which do not necessarily require our aid. Flood Defences, NHS, Police are examples. More help the UK public should take precedence to that of overseas projects.
