Sack Environment Agency chairman Sir Philip Dilley for flood watch alert failure

Petition Details

Over the Xmas period the River Irwell broke it's banks, bringing the worst flooding in 70 years to Salford. I was lucky as my property escaped flooding by 6m. I like many across the UK signed up to the flood watch alert system. I received no warning! EA Chairman Sir Philip Dilley is responsible!
