amendment to the housing and planning bill that will stop social housing
existing council tenants who have a lifelong tenancy will not be able to hand their tenancy down to their offspring and local authorities will only give up to five years contract. This is not right, many people cannot afford to buy or rent privately. The Government needs to build more social housing
The Daily Mirror dated 11th December2015 reported that the PrimeMinister is going make an amendment to the Housing and Planning Bill which is currently going through Parliament.
