Petition Details

A study by Citizens Advice and the New Policy Institute – entitled Paying A High Price For A Faulty Product – calculates that more than 700,000 tenants in the private rented sector are living in homes that fail to meet basic minimum standards.

Licensing would put rogue landlords out of business.
