Divert funds to help homeless people off the streets and in to work.
There are to many people left on the streets. It is not right and not enough is being done. As a country we need to get these people off the streets and give them the help they need to get there lives on track. Money can be diverted from foreign aid if required. These are human beings not animals.
Walk down any town or city centre and you will see countless homeless people. More can and must be done to help.
