Random Drugs Testing for Welfare Recipients
Many professional occupations require the employee to be subject to random drugs tests.
In order to continue to receive welfare payments, recipients should be available to be randomly drugs tested. Any failure without good reason, such as medication, would result in the welfare payments being stopped. Refusal would be treated as a fail.
After all, if you can afford drugs while on welfare, you obviously don't need welfare to support you.
