Change the law so children under the age of 13 can cycle on pavements to school.

Petition Details

Parents want their children to cycle to and from school but find it hard as it is illegal for children to ride on the pavements and any responsible parent will not want their child to cycle on roads... Let's change this until there are cycle routes safe enough and everywhere...
