Cease prosecution of UK Soldiers on active duty by private agents and lawyers
the UK should prevent prosecution by firms seeking to make profit. The law is essential but the rules of war are clear. Allowing private agents to promote compensation claims can only lead to miscarriage of justice and breaks the bond of trust between UK armed forces and their Government
