Increase funding for the NHS by a significant amount
The NHS is one of the largest workforces globally, employing 1.6 m people. The NHS in England alone caters to 53.9 m people, who are offered treatment for long term conditions as well as emergency care and many other services. The NHS will begin to crumble imminently without far more funding.
All statistics are from the NHS website and are a true representation of the scale of the NHS in our society.
