ministers performance related pay
If ever there was a case for a person/people to be on a performance related pay structure, surely It should be the government minister/ministers responsible for the economy which ultimately pays us all. I propose that he/she/they get paid on the basis of how well the countries workforce, as a whole, are doing financially (net of tax.)
