This petition was rejected

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

Ministers already provide responses to parliamentary questions. We think that your petition is asking for the Speaker to have powers to decide whether or not an answer given by a Minister is acceptable, and to require them to provide a further response.

If that is the case, you could start a new petition asking more clearly for the change that you would like to see, and explaining specifically how it might work (for example, what criteria you believe the Speaker should use in deciding whether or not a question had been adequately answered).
