The Profiteering from Pensioners by Financial Advisors, Intermediaries and Fund Managers.
A disproportionate percentage of people’s pensions are siphoned-off through commission and generally secret (and complex) charges imposed through elements of the financial services industry.
Fund managers are paid exorbitant salaries irrespective of the performance of the funds they manage.
Just like bankers these people profit in both rising and falling markets.
The petitioners accept that financial advisors, intermediaries and fund managers should be rewarded based on performance and their charges capped at a level such that pensioners in our society receive a reasonable pension in their old-age.
