Make rioters work weekends for their community to repair it in an 'I rioted' hoodie

Additional Information

Cutting benefits, jailing young people is not the answer. Making rioters repair the damage they caused and learning the disdain ordinary people have for their actions will teach them a useful lesson and help the rebuilding effort. Working weekends for their community in a 'I rioted' hoodie would achieve this.
