llegal use of altered number plates

Additional Information

l think that there should be a freephone number to report number plates that do not conform to the legal requirements laid down by law.these plates are getting sillier and l can not believe that they do not get seen by the police at some time or another.also number plates should only be made by companys connected to the car trade.
