Petition to put on a tribute concert for David Bowie in aid of cancer awarenes
To pay homage to the greatest solo artist of the pop, fasion and style industry. also use proceeds from the concert to research and fund cancer treatment and one day a cure.
looking back to the loss of another musical legend freddie mercury his tribute concert was a sucess in raising funds and awareness for aids, so why not give Mr Bowie and party of a send off and use the proceeds to research a cure for this terrible disease that cruely took him from us. we are british we dont need a reason to party, but this is a great reason and a way we can all say goodbye to the brixton boy.

This isn't something that the Government or Parliament would be responsible for. For example, the concert in honour of Freddie Mercury seems to have been organised by the remaining members of Queen and their manager.
You could write to cancer charities to suggest this idea.
