Pedestrianize Central London
The air toxicity is reaching dangerous levels in central London, and pedestrianizing it would not only make the air cleaner and healthier, but would make London a safer place for pedestrians and cyclists. This will all contribute towards making the city greener, which is paramount for our future.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
This would be a decision for local authorities and perhaps also the London Assembly.
Westminster Council has a petitions process - you can find out more about it here: http://petitions.westminster.gov.uk/
The London Assembly has its own petitions process. You can find out more about how to petition the London Assembly here:
www.london.gov.uk/mayor-assembly/london-assembly/take-part/petitions
You might like to take advice from one of these about who exactly would be responsible for this.
