Fine/re-educate car drivers to the dangers of doing 52mph or less on a motorway

Petition Details

Cars should not be travelling no less than 52mph on a motorway, due to causing tailbacks and putting other road users in danger by thier inept driving

Additional Information

Hgvs travell between 50-56mph on a motorway, and are restricted by law to travell at these speeds. Cars have the acceleration 0-60 in various times, so should be above 60, when safe to do so.
