Change the national anthem from God Save the Queen to David Bowie's Heroes
In honour of David Bowie's death, I propose that the English national anthem is changed to reflect this country's greatest artist and singer songwriter

This isn’t something that the UK Government or Parliament would be able to do. The use of the present National Anthem is a matter of tradition rather than having any legal or constitutional status.
