"None of the above" option on ballet papers

Additional Information

Politicians consistently talk about voter apathy(Turnout – 65.1% 2010 election) and yet do nothing to look at why people do not vote. The political class seem to have shut us, the voting public, out of their game, failling to engage with us and seemingly working for the good and benifit of the wealthy and infulential minority or for knee jery political points scoring. Give us the option of indicating that we do not condone or support them in there actions by alllowing a "none of the above" option on ballet papers giving a voice to the disenfranchised who do not support our political parties or are forced into a "better the devil you know" situation.
