Medical marijuana to cure cancer.
There is significant evidence that weed kills cancer cells and prevents new cancer cells being produced.
although there is negative health benefits for example the chance that the patient could contract psychosis, but there is a compound in cannabis called CBD which has an anti-psychotic effect too
