Appoint Hugh Orde as Metropolitan police commissioner
London and England needs Sir Hugh Orde to be appointed as Metropolitan police commissioner.
HIs approach in the wake of last weeks riots, shows that he is the best man for the job.
The Government need to appoint him now.
